Madi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in magazine journalism and public relations from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. While at Drake, Madi served as Editor-in-Chief of her school’s award-winning publication, Drake Mag. She was also the Vice President of Marketing for Alpha Phi. Her passion for helping people find life-changing products at a price they can afford has influenced her career as a commerce editor, with bylines in Us Weekly, Stylecaster,Reader’s Digest, Taste of Home, The Family Handyman, The Everygirl and Better Homes and Gardens (print).
